This is a recently restored exquisitely furnished 1838 farm house located on one of the most vibrant working horse farms on the island. The three bedroom two bath house is tucked away on a dead end country road. A small private pond is located within view of the house, with a gazebo on the beach for afternoon reading, evening cocktails, or just watching the ducks. Nearby woods have some of the longest and least used walking trails on the island. Cedar Tree Neck beach is a short hike down the road and Lambert's Cove Beach and Seth's fresh water pond within a short drive. Pony rides from the on site barn provide plenty of alternative entertainment to the beach or local sight seeing. Horse camps for children of all abilities provide a welcome distraction in walking distance. Rental includes a guarantee of space for boarding your horse in the barn. A private driveway and high hedges provide privacy from the activity in the barn. Be a part of the first time rental.
